Your Benevolent Dictator: Amalthia
Ama started playing in early 2006 on her boyfriend Jakit's account. On 4/1/06 she got her very own account and rolled the toon Amalthia. (It's supposed to be Amalthea, but that was taken) Originally she started playing WoW to spend more time with him, but he rarely played with her so she took to exploring and questing and learning all she could on her own.
As you can imagine, this got very boring and very lonely. After Burning Crusade was released she got the idea to start a guild. The name just came to her so she started "Chaotic Requiem" on 1/18/08. Through the other members of the guild she learned a LOT about how to gear and spec her class, how to do things she hadn't tried before, and the finer points of game play. She made it her goal to pass this information to anyone who might need it because of how much it helped her grow as a player.
Chaotic Requiem eventually grew to well over 350 members. But after two years the mood, the atmosphere, the attitude, and the goals had all changed so drastically that members didn't feel they were subject to the guild rules. Officers openly
flouted them, and people were complaining about everything and everyone almost constantly, only seeming to care about themselves and raiding. It just wasn't fun anymore.
Ama couldn't stand to watch something she loved so much and had put her heart and soul into die slowly, so after the last straw dropped, she left them to themselves and started Midnight Carnival at the behest of Ahlania on 3/31/10. Within 3 days it swelled to over 70 members and promises to be a wonderful guild full of great people.
Midnight Carnival now boasts over 700 toons and over 250 active accounts. Since guild levels were instituted with the Cataclysm expansion's release it's maintained top or near available level, and members tick off achievements, both guild and personal, on a nearly constant basis all day. It's a fun place to be, and the people there truly care about one another. Ama is ridiculously proud of them. Ama has had about a thousand alts over the years... enabling her to commit most of the game to memory. She rolls them, plays them to level 40 or so, gets tired of them and ultimately deletes them. Any toon listed as "Guild Leader" on the in game Roster belongs to Ama, and if you need her assistance feel free to ask.
Amalthia does NOT loan/give out gold, accept requests for special promotion, or hand out guild bank items to which you are not entitled or have not paid for.

Amelia - Guild Bank Donations
Amelia is Amalthia's out of Guild Alt with a seperate guild bank. Amelia's Function is to sell un-needed items for gold on the Auction house, in order to earn guild funds.
